File does not exist

Hello and Good morning every one i hope you are having a great day I've been struggling with my website and one day it was working fine until this happened when i always try to open it
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@example.com[/EMAIL] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I've been told to check the error log and here it is i wonder if some one can help me out and thank you

  Did you check the permissions of this file? I assume you are running suPHP as your PHP handler? Adjust the file permissions as below:
  chmod 644 /home/dynamickw/public_html/zhuye/ghn/79694/index.php

  Hello :) Yes, as mentioned, it looks like the permissions on that file are not compatible with suPHP. Ensure it's configured with 0644 permissions. Thank you.

  I notice you do not have root access to the server. I suggest reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
