Internal Server Error and can't log WHM

I had Vps from Godday ..
I had error while loging to website running wordpress
- Removed -
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 13369344) (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu.php on line 453
Trying to log in whm or cpanel to edit max process values from tweak setting
I got this error else
----- any solve for that

Hello :), Your VM is running out of memory and due to that you are getting this error while login WHM. Please reboot your server and try to login your WHM OR increase your VM memory. 0 -
