Help Cannot Restore Full Backup

Hello, I downloaded a full backup from cPanel and then tried to upload it on a new server without any luck. This is the error I get

The "Reseller" restore module has the following areas disabled by request: "all" ArchiveManager Preparing archive for restoration " Calculating disk space needed " Done. Target "/home/cpanelpkgrestore.TMP.work.rNMCqEv2DwER_dmz/unsafe_to_read_archive" on host "server.xxxxxx.com" has 176.2 GB free and requires at least 721.46 MB free, which includes space for temporary files. ArchiveManager Failed to extract the archive at "/home/cpmoveozuLVdI6hwuJxXrS-bushi.tar.gz": _normalize_extracted_archive: The extracted archive does not contain a valid cpanel user file. Removing copied archive "/home/cpmoveozuLVdI6hwuJxXrS-bush.tar.gz" from the local server " Failed: Account Restore Failed: "Failed to extract the archive at "/home/cpmoveozuLVdI6hwuJxXrS-bush.tar.gz": _normalize_extracted_archive: The extracted archive does not contain a valid cpanel user file."
I also tried doing it via Putty without any luck (note that the tar.gz file is already on /home/) Thank you in advance, Andrew

  Are you attempting to restore this from within the cPanel account? That's an oddly named Full Backup. The docs might be of some use to you: Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

  yes it is and "Starting "RESTORE" for "Account" "bushi". Restore File: /home/cpmoveozuLVdI6hwuJxXrS-bush.tar.gz" and 2 different usernames

  I'm trying to restore it via WHM and I've used various username files without any luck. Problem is that this is the only backup I've got and the source server is not available anymore

  So you edited the original backup's file name? Have you tried extracting that archive locally to see if its contents are intact? Depending on the account you might be able to restore a 700+MB account manually.
