Sending email from Outlook 2016

Hi Guys, I have a fresh cpanel install which I am migrating my domains onto but have a strange issue. I can email in and out from Thunderbird and can receive in outlook 2016 but I cant send. Error comes up straight away Send test e-mail message: An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x800cce05 Cheers Rich

  Open up a command prompt with administrator privileges, run the command "sfc /scannow" and let it complete. Than restart the computer and try again. That solved my Outlook issues.
