Hello :) Please check to see if you notice any messages when running the following command: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms
Thank you.0 -
Hi I'm having this identical issue on Amazon Linux - no output at all from running that command. Thanks. 0 -
Hello :) Please keep in mind that Amazon Linux is only supported in cPanel version 11.52 and newer. Internal case CPANEL-2345 is open to address an issue with the liblzma package on Amazon Linux systems. In the meantime, try running the following command as a temporary workaround: yum install xz-compat-libs-5.1.2-8alpha.11.amzn1.x86_64
Thank you.0 -
Same issue here, only I get this error from the upcp output. I checked, liblzma is already present on the system. The workaround worked. However this is on a cPanel AMI, thus running 11.52. 0 -

Michael, as I stated... I am using the cPanel AMI (ami-61e3b704), which inadvertently implies it is running 11.52+.0 -
Internal case CPANEL-2345 will address the issue that's been reported. This case should address both the issue on cPanel updates, in addition to new installations. Thank you. 0
