issues in restore ful backup ( NO Homedir)

Hello I have issues in restore ful backup. I get a message "complete backup restore" and when visited WHM I found account restored included the database except Homedir. I was repeat taking a full backup from destination server using the command "/scripts/pkgacct username" wihch includes Homedir and repeated restore backup in new servre using the command "/scripts/restorepkg xxx" but the same problem no Homedir. At the end of the backup restore get a warning message "Homedir estricted " Please see attached photo. Please help me to fix this issue. thank you .

  Hello :) Could you verify the version of cPanel installed on the server you are restoring the package on? Thank you.
