Cpanel Email account and forwarders

Hello Everyone, Please help me to perform as how can I transfer each and every email account with the email data and its forwarders. I have seen import forwarders via import option in Cpanel however my one email is forwarded to 5-8 people.Then How can I restore for multi user.   Thats what the last thread was about. What part of those docs you've linked to are you having issues with, exactly?
