    Try closing all browsers and then log back in properly to see if that helps. You've got a few sessions going on there in the ss.

    Have done that and have deleted all cookies etc

    Have you tried forcing an update to your cPanel? What tier are you on?

    2 things are an issue for me:1. I dont know how to do it 2. i am wary to do it as I think it might be the problem, a clienet had updated his cpanel (somehow) and now it is giving his cpanel an "cannot communicate with the server error" as it stands he is the only one with this problem - so i must be honest i am very wary/skeptical about doing an "upgrade"

    things are an issue for me

    1) If you have root access, you can force an update from here, in WHM: WHM "Server Configuration "Update Preferences 2) cPanel updates fixes things that might otherwise be having an issue, like issues with the Paper Lantern style. Can you duplicate the issue in multiple browsers?
