outgoing email

Hi i've connect my cp email at my iphone. i can receive incoming emails, but not outgoing. i use imap and with the server name, seahorse.example.net i tried keyed in the outgoing port 465 according to what cp stated, but still no success. help!

  They didn't block it. I've followed the ios guides as well. Still didn't work

  I suggest consulting with your web hosting provider so they can review the mail logs to determine why outgoing email is failing. Thank you.
