error 403 no permission to / with frontpage website

Hi i have this website - Removed - as addon domain with frontpage getting error 403
Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.
please help i tried everything from google. thanks.

  Hello :) Do you notice any entries in the .htaccess file within this subdomain's document root (e.g. /home/$username/public_html/subdomain)? You can use the "Error Log" option in cPanel to see the exact error message. Thank you.
