IMAP Emails Lost after moving Sub Folder

Hi, We have a client who when they try to drag a IMAP sub folder into another sub folder the following happens : 1. The sub folder appears in new location, but is empty. 2. The sub folder is also in the old location and that is also now empty! 3. Emails dont appear in either of the new or old sub folders! Client is using outlook 2016. Please coudl you advise?
