You might troubleshoot issues with the site by disabling any custom styles and addons, and see if things change. Also make sure any scripts on that account (like joomla) are up to date. There's really not much anyone on these forums can do to assist you with a slow site. You'll have to investigate the site itself, check if other sites on the server are slow too, or is it just this one, check error logs for that account and server, and go from there with what you find. You don't tell us anything of importance with your post. A slow site does not necessarily mean there's an issue with your cPanel. More often than not, it's an issue with the site. As a Hosting Provider its your job to know the difference. If you've got issues with all sites on the server, posting basic server specs are of no use, more Info is needed. Error logs showing the problem, recent history of what's been changed or added to the server (cloudflare, nginx, bobs awesome server tweaks, etc.) would be helpful to someone wanting to try and assist you.

thanks for reply the strange of slow velocity is for the machine in top of post with 8gb ram and 200GB SSD if i have only 1 site active the backend is not possible slow there is a problem in software settings because the hardware is ok have a check to suggest thanks i think that, the php compile is the problem but i don't have experience with cpanel and easyphp3 if i chose apache 2.4.16 and php 5.5.30 + cloudlinux how can chose the option for compiling php i want webserve with mysql (mariadb is the best solution i think) and mysqli support cagefs for security thanks
