thank you for your answer. I have fixed it now anothr problem that I want to fix is how to give a root permission to an account. for example if I create an account by domain mydmain.com and want the user can have a root access to all in WHM such as package, software and etc. How can I do that, While I was creating user could not find the option to do that.

New issue, new thread. That's how it works. To give a user root access, you'll need to make them a Reseller and then you can modify what they have access to, or not, via the Reseller Center in WHM. The documentation is your friend: Guide to Reseller Accounts - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation GL!
