Hello :) You must access cPanel for the individual account to create an email account for it: How to Access cPanel & WHM Services - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Email Accounts - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

I have a similar issue. There are no menu functions to manage email addresses either when I log in to cPanel as root or as a domain user. I have also tried a forced update on cPanel as well as trying different themes - all to no avail - these were suggestions offered up by Google. The mail server is working as mail is being received in a catch all, but not being delivered anywhere as there is no where to add an email account. While I have been through the documentation and the forum I have not been able to find a solution. The documentation refers to the menu options i do not have. Hugely perplexed, and going around in circles :(

Hello :) Could you attach a screenshot of the interface you see when accessing cPanel? Thank you.
