Win1251 Files

Hello, Also have a several complaints from CPanel user that when editing html, php, txt files by means of Cpanel tools ("Code Editor" etc) there's no possibility to work with Win1251 files. When changing such files the panel saves them in UTF8 without offering to keep the encoding or discard changes. The following warning is shown: The system was unable to save your document in "WINDOWS-1251" encoding. Most likely, your document contains characters incompatible with "WINDOWS-1251".

  Hello :) The following case was released with cPanel version 11.52.0.20: Fixed case CPANEL-2012: Ensure Unicode filenames are handled properly. Could you verify if the issue persists under this version or newer? Thank you.
