can't receive email

hi, i have a problem i can send email but can't receive them somehow, after reading this Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go? i desactivated cpHulkd in the service manager once everything was restarded and cpHulkd disabled, i was able to receive an email, but just right after that it doesn't work still how could i fix it ? is it a dns problem ? mail configuration or firewall ? thanks in advance

  Hello :), You need to check your mail logs file while sending your mails so that you can find out the exact root cause of your mail issues.
