Problem with qouta

Hi there I have a server with 6 TB har ddisk. I made an account with inlimited space but when the user used 1.5 TB, an error occured in his account for the free space in the account. How can I increase the qouta disk space for the account. Basically I thought it has no limited space if I choose unlimited while I am creating an account. Could ayone help me by this isue? Thank you in advance

  Hello :) Could you let us know the specific error message you received? What's the output of the "quota $username" command? Thank you.

  That message indicates quota is not enabled for the account. Please try running the following command and let us know of any error messages:
  /scripts/fixquotas
