Any idea if CPanel will ever do a web builder?

If it's secret in the works, please have a easy way to add templates for it. I would love to have a simple web builder with templates. So far no plug ins available can pull this off. Anything advanced people will use a web builder for, but for the really new to the Internet they just need a simple 5 page site with some images and text that look great. Just throwing this out there in the Universe.
