backup System files AND accounts

Hi, My first time using WHM's backup facility and I have a question. I would like to backup (and be able to restore) individual cPanel accounts AND also backup system files to cover me for any server hardware failure. If I select both options (backup accounts and backup system files) will this backup both individually as I'm hoping (I am using FTP method)? I'm getting slightly thrown because the documentation states: You must select either the Backup Accounts or Backup System Files checkbox in order to run backups. I want to backup system files (so I can do a complete server restore if needed) but also want the facility to only restore cPanel accounts. Thanks for any help.

  Hello :) Yes, while you must select either, it's also possible to select both options. Note that system backups do not backup all files on the system, but rather select configuration files as documented at: System Backups - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Ahh, glad you mentioned that, I thought backing up system files was everything. Hmm so I can't perform total server backup from within WHM, is that correct? Thanks.

  Yes, that is correct. Some administrators utilize third-party providers such as R1Soft for complete backup images of their servers. Thank you.
