550-unroutable address on same server

We're using Mautic which is installed on our domain name (www.example.com/mautic) - we also use SMTP authentication with a registered account (noreply@example.com), we are however unable to send emails from Mautic to my personal address which is on the same domain. The mautic log gives the following error: 550-Verification failed for 550-Unrouteable address 550 Sender verify failed Our domain is definately not blacklisted. We are able to send emails without smtp authentication (just using phpmail) - The account details entered is also correct and there is no bruteforce on the email or domain. Any ideas?

  Hello, Do you have domain entry in /etc/localdomains file ?

  Hello :) Could you verify if the domain name is located in the /etc/localdomains or /etc/remotedomains file on your system? Is email handled by the local server? Thank you.
