Linux.Encoder.1 Ransomware - Encypts files

Hi to all, seems this ransomware is the new trend to steal some more money. Are you aware of some solution? We know the best solution is backing up but what if the backup files are also encrypted. Any suggestion to block this is appreciated. Thanks
