Database Optimization Went Wrong Site Ads Are Not Displaying And Some Spaces Are Created

Yesterday I have optimized the wordpress database through cpanel some weird changes happened in the site the ads are not displaying and some other changes also happened. I know it is small query but doesn't know how to get rid of it. Thanks
