How long to wait after fill in the CNAME?

it been over 48 hours since i fill in the CNAME,as I want domain.example.com into proof.domain.ie so how long do I have to wait till DNS to propagate the internet?

  Hello :) It depends on a few factors, including the ISP of the user accessing the domain name, but generally it only takes a few minutes. You can use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the name servers are properly configured. Thank you.
