i can't open /panel anymore or /username or /~username

i have follow those steps - Removed - and now in Configure PHP and suEXEC Apache suEXEC > is ON Apache Ruid2 > is ON JailShell In Tweak Settings Is ON.0 -

Dear sir :) I'm not interested How to Protect My Root Login. Because i have set up security for root is needed a private key to login as root. So if you are a really support for this, can you suggest me a tutorial how to protect my server files like /etc/passwd /etc/named.conf, i have try to chmod those but if i chmod i will get some errors, as like, i can't open file manager on my web browser . so if you are a sales support. forgive me for these questions.0 -
