outlook using IMAP

Hello Experts! I created some folders in outlook using IMAP for our company but they dont show in webmail. i cant udnerstand why can someone shares some thoughts?

  You need to create them on the server, so go to cpanel>>>file manager and in the root directory you will see the "Mail" link. Open it up and either create the new directories there or inside one of the existing accounts directories. These start with a "dot" Example: .you@example.com

  Could you verify if subscribing to the folders was not successful? Are you sure the folders you created in Outlook are intended for purposes other than in the local email client? Thank you.
