Hello :) Please ensure you access Web Host Manager with the "root" username and the root password. Thank you.

I followed the orders after installation. I'm using the User root and the root password however I receive the error I mentioned. I'm doing these settings on a remote server.

Is cPHulk enabled on this system? Is this a second login attempt or are you attempting to login after the initial installation via the command line? Thank you.

The server is using the default setting of cpanel. The error occurred after the installation from the command line. How do I check if the cPHulk is enabled or disabled? Thanks for helping.

It's not enabled if you did not complete the initial setup wizard in Web Host Manager. Access your server via the command line and check to ensure the root password is still valid. Thank you.

I was able to access the server with the user and the root password. What is the next step to try to solve this problem? And thank you for helping.

Could you verify you accessed SSH as "root"? If so, try temporarily disabling cPHulk via the steps listed at: cPHulk Management on the Command Line - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

To answer your question I am accessing the server with the user root from the command line. I disabled the cphulkd and login error persists. What's the next step? And thank you for helping.

Are you sure you are accessing cPanel/WHM over an IP address and not over a domain name that resolves to another IP address? Thank you.
