SMTP Error: [421] Unexpexted Failure, Please try later

Hi, For around 2 weeks now, when I try to reply to emails I get this message come up as soon as I click send, and the email I wrote just stays there, there is loading that happens or anything. Can someone help tell me what could be wrong with my email service. Message (SMTP Error: [421] Unexpexted Failure, Please try later) Thanks Daniel

  Hello :) Please report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the server. Your provider can review /var/log/exim_mainlog for specific reasons regarding why your message is rejected. Thank you.
