How do I set up email addresses on a domain?

Hi everyone, I have never used Cpanel before - have always had Plesk. Now I have taken a VPS and created my domains on it, but can NOT find out where to create the email addresses for each domain. In Plesk, you clicked on the Control Panel for that domain and there was a big EMAIL tab at the top. Very simple. This is also probably simple but have fried my brain over the last week trying to recover my dedicated server at the last provider and given up on them (with a very bad taste in my mouth), I have moved. New to this; can anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks!

  Use the search tool in your cPanel to search for the term, email. "Email Accounts" should be the first result that comes up.
