Need to back up a very large cPanel account

    sorry about late reply, but I think my plan to backup such account can work with above suggestion along with some manual backups. I plan to tar the largest folder in 5GB multi-tarballs then move it to separate drive once data from such large size folder is available externally, I would exclude that or even those folders using "cpbackup-exclude.conf" this would still get me a working cpanel backup (ofcourse without that 100GB data folder) but will include mails accounts, databases, all other stuff from the account and that package file can be easily restored on a new server then the large folder can be take care of. problem started when developers kept on making sub-domains instead of sub-accounts (distinctive cpanel users) now over the years this has turned into big problem.
