Hello, I think it's temporary issues with the cPanel mirrors, can you please give a try again and check your /etc/resolv.conf file if you are facing same issues with the cPanel update process.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. How can I check the /etc/resolv.conf file?

Hello :), Arr you still getting same issues with cPanel update process ? You have root access of your server so login your server through SSH with the root user and try with the following command.
    /etc/resolv.conf
In this file you will have to update correct server resolver. You will get your server resolver details from your server provider.

Hello, The server provided said to me the following: The mirror that is configured to update cpanel no longer works. /etc/cpsources.conf And replace the server which is indicated by: httpupdate.cpanel.net This is probably httpupdate48.cpanel.net currently shown. What shall I do then? Thank you so much.

Looks like cpanel mirrors are having issue's rather often lately. I'm having the same problem about twice a week. The other times updates work without any problems.

Are you utilizing specific mirrors in the /etc/cpsources.conf file? Thank you.
