exim filtered report (email totals account for all domains)
Hello new friends!
Before I begin, I have been reading guide after guide for weeks now on EXIM, I still find it very challenging but I am making an effort to try and source answers without having to call on others for help.
Also wanted to say I apologise in advance to regulars if this is a topic that gets asked many times a day.
Our server is struggling with Microsoft blacklistings again and again, and in spite of asking, Microsoft has a stonewall stance on sharing the data that is causing the blocks. So it's upon me to find it blindly.
I want to reproduce a report that the staff at hostgator created for me in a ticket months ago but will not share.
I imagine it is a filtered list using awk/cut/grep, piped originally through eximstat using /var/log/exim_mainlog.
I have also read that one may not have to use these tools if they are proficient in exim commands.
(See attachment, actual accounts replaced with "example" string)
Does anyone know of a way to generate a simple list of the top email addresses sending, the send count, using exim_mainlog as a source, for all domains please?
Many thanks in advance.

Yuk, why? This thread may be of some use to you: Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go?Does anyone know of a way to generate a simple list of the top email addresses sending, the send count
We've got easy to use tools for that here: WHM " Email " View Sent Summary0 -

Hmm. I don't know. I like the CLI :-)We've got easy to use tools for that here: WHM " Email " View Sent Summary
Yes I've been using that tool and it's handy, but it only shows domain level users. It doesn't show the top email addresses sending mail. (Unless there's clicky buttons that do that?)0 -

Hello :) It sorts by domain name rather than email address. You can open a feature request if you would like to see additional sorting based on individual email addresses: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.0 -
I've seen my VPS provider generate these reports and I want to know how to do it myself, I thought there'd be a few dudes floating around that were savvy. Is this the wrong place to ask about EXIM? Bump (sorry about other bump, different time zone, wasn't the weekend for me it was monday morning) 0 -

No, not as it pertains to an issue with EXIM on your cPanel powered server. EXIM does have their own email lists and docs, here: Mailing lists for Exim0
