trustwave WHM SSL Purchase

good morning everyone, I went through [LIST]

Purchase and Install an SSL Certificate option on WHM, filled all the fields out, received confirmation for purchasing of the certificate directly in WHM, but never received any confirmation in the email or .cer file

Called Trustwave, they are giving me a run around saying the SSL is still being processed. It has been a week now. Anything I'm doing wrong here? Please advise if any additional information is needed.

  OP probably came here because cpanel has a direct purchase link inside Web host manager. Just cancel and get a refund an move on much better SSL options than trustwave Domain validated SSL's should take 10 minutes to issue
