  My Hosting's panel is cPpanel. Noting WHM. Backup > SCP ?

  If you don't have access to WHM, you can generate a Full Backup from your cPanel and provide it to your Hosting Provider to restore on the new server for you, or, you can provide your new Hosting Provider with your account details on the old server and they can move the account for you, as Eric suggests above.
