iOS webmail/cpanel/whm login annoyance

I'm finding it difficult to login on iOS9 on multiple different servers. If I login, it comes straight back to the login screen. The only way I can get it to work again is to close all safari windows and kill Safari. It's only been recently and iOS9 has been out for a while so I'm guessing it's a cPanel issue?

  Silly question time I guess. When you first open Safari on your iPhone, there's an icon at bottom right corner that looks like a square over a square. When you click it, the window goes to an angle, and you see 3 options at bottom. Private + Done Is the one titled Private, highlighted? Silly I know, but I've had this question asked of me in the past, twice, and that was the issue. So, I'm asking. ;)
