Inboxes Empty in Webmail
Horde, Roundcube and Squirrelmail all show empty inboxes for a customer. However, she can see messages with Outlook and retrieve them. Also, Configserv's Mail Manage plugin shows the inbox with 100s of messages. I ran fix mailbox permissions. We are running Dovecot and WHM 11.52.1. What can we check next?

We can send and receive from the webmail (roundcube this time) but received message does not show in any server client, Horde, roundcube or squirrelmail. It can be seen in a local client or configserver's mail manage. 0 -

No. Its just one account. I moved it to another server but still the same problem, empty inboxes.0 -
It is any email account under the customer's domain. I made a test account and it also will not display messages in any webmail client. The emails all show in their mail/domainname directory. Permissions appear the same as other domain email accounts. Now, new email is coming in to the test account but old mail does not display. 0 -

Actually, the customer's account is not showing any messages at all in the inbox.0 -
Hi, I am having the same issue. My email accounts under my domain are are empty, I know that i should be receiving emails from the, but there's nothing there. I can send emails though. I tried sending a TEST email to the email address and i am getting an error saying that the account does not exist. Please advise. 0 -
