Backup failure

Hey, Somehow my FTP backup turned to "disabled" without me disabling it, and my server had 0 space while. Why did the FTP backup turn disabled? It was completely automatic, and some of my files didn't upload properly. In addition, can I set the low space alert to go to a different Email address? Thanks a lot, Yossi

  You can change the email address for server notifications, here: Home "Server Contacts "Contact Manager In the cPanel account itself, you can change your email and/or add a second email, here: cPanel > Preferences > Contact Information

  Yes I know you mention this in your first post. I suppose the backup bailed out as there was no space left.
