Auto Backup and Deletion of Old Emails

Hi, I was wondering what best practice is for the backup and Deletion of older emails? Ideally I'd like to be able to remove all emails from the server older than 1 year, but keep a copy of them offline. Thanks, David

  Hello :) There's a similar thread at: Having issues getting cron job to work Note this only deals with the removal of the emails. You would need to backup the full individual accounts through the backup option available in Web Host Manager, or manually backup the emails. Thank you.
