DKIM not signing

I am having the same issue that the emails are not signing. I have one account with multiple subdomains. I turned on DKIM in cPanel "Email Authentication". It didn't do anything. I then used
for user in `ls /var/cpanel/users`; do /usr/local/cpanel/bin/dkim_keys_install $user; done
It added a text entry to the DNS of each, but when I check outgoing email headers, it is still not signing the emails. I'm not sure what I am missing. Can anyone help?

  Hello :) Have you verified the DNS for this domain name is handled by the cPanel server using a website such as IntoDNS? Thank you.
