How to register for the cPanel Customer Portal?

I tried to register for the cPanel Customer Portal to upload an EasyApache support request. When trying to open a new account, I enter my email address, click "submit" and receive an internal server error (500). This happens with Chrome and MS Edge (also after cleaning the browser cache). So - how can I do it? Thank you in advance, br, Connor
