New/Terminate Account email not being sent

Hello, everytime I (root) create or terminate an account I don't the email with the account details. For some reason this particular server has stopped doing that just recently. I monitored exim_mainlog and it's not being delivered to exim apparantly so it's not a SPAM issue. I do get the nightly upcp email and all emails from lfd/csf. I have another server which works just fine and is configured identically as this one. Does anyone have idea what the problem could be?

  Additional options for alerts in WHM were added a while back, you might check over your settings there.
