Every ~4 hours something killing nginx?

Hi, on my new server with cpanel (WHM 11.52.1 (build 3)) I have nginx with apache (on some IP`s nginx and on some apache) but every ~4 hours something killing nginx and I can`t find where is problem, I try few nginx versions but all is same, here is nginx debug log when it go down:

I still can`t find what killing nginx but this is very big problem for me, this is not my first nginx+cpanel server but this is first with this problem...also, after cpanel update (ucpc) cpanel kill nginx...

I`m 100% sure that problem is not related to nginx because I try few versions and result is same and also I using nginx on other servers and no problems, no problems with crashing on very busy servers... Last night I try to disable cpanellogd and after that I don`t have problems with nginx but why? On second server I have all same (hardw, OS, cPanel) but no problems, cpanellogd working and nginx working fine... For me look like cpanellogd sending some command to apache and also to nginx, same thing I have after I run upcp when also cpanel kill nginx... Only what is not same that is WHM build, on server with problems I have WHM 11.52.1 (build 3) and on good server I have WHM 11.52.1 (build 2), do you have some big changes in build 3?

NGINX is not supported by cPanel at this time.
