A mail issue

Good afternoon forums, I have an issue with my dns configuration I assume. lets say my domain example.com if I check mxtoolbox I get this error Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner what I get is not example.com but dc-456d3ccc.example.com can anyone tells me where this comes from? I cant find this anywhere.
