Does not match SMTP banner

Good afternoon forum. I have an issue with the SMTP banner. When I use mxtoolbox it says Reverse dns does not match SMTP banner. Exim is set to the hostname and when I do telnet {server ip} it says xxx.example.com which is exactly correct. ptr record is also pointed to the hostname. I am lost at this point

  Hello :) Are you experiencing any specific issues sending emails, or is it just the warning message at MXToolbox that you are concerned about? You can safely ignore that warning if you have confirmed the IP addresses you are sending email from have PTR records pointing back to your server's hostname. Thank you.
