SSL Certificate Question

I am managing a site for a friend that has a VPS Pro site here on Arvixe and they were suppose to get a Free lifetime SSL Certificate with the site, but I can't see where the certificate was installed. When I try to go to site with https I get this error: Your Connection is not secure. Please help?
