Exim and IMAP appears as down

For some reason, exim and IMAP appears as down in the service status panel. When I do a service status check they are both up. Look at the screenshots below. 32921 32941 32951 What could be wrong? I am also having issues logging into the web mail even though I have set up the e-mail accounts. Thanks for answers.

    Is this consistently showing this in Service Status or did you just reboot or restart services?

    It is consistently showing this in Service Status. It has been like this ever since I installed cPanel.

    What version of cPanel are you running and have you tried forcing an update?

    WHM 11.52.1 (Build 3) Yes I have tried to force an update.

    Please feel free to open a ticket about this to cPanel Technical Support. From within your WHM, top right corner is a "life preserver" icon, on it, a link to directly open a ticket.
