Problem with email account
Hi All,
I am new here and on the back side of cPanel and i need some help if is possible.
I have a VPS cloud account where i have installed cPanel. I have made the setup on WHM, add a new account for own domain name and everything till now is ok.
The problem now is coming with the e-mail settings, from webmail i can send and receive with no problem, but from windows live mail is working just to send emails, when i send from another email to the email address hosted on this new account i receive this error:

Yes, i was made a new account within cPanel. Problem was solved, the problem start from the VPS DNS configuration. Thank you!0 -
