Problem with email account

Hi All, I am new here and on the back side of cPanel and i need some help if is possible. I have a VPS cloud account where i have installed cPanel. I have made the setup on WHM, add a new account for own domain name and everything till now is ok. The problem now is coming with the e-mail settings, from webmail i can send and receive with no problem, but from windows live mail is working just to send emails, when i send from another email to the email address hosted on this new account i receive this error:

  SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::
  550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1)

Any advice, from where can be the problem? Thank you and sorry for my english!

Hello :) Have you created an actual email account within cPanel or are you accessing email with the username associated with the cPanel account itself? Thank you.

Yes, i was made a new account within cPanel. Problem was solved, the problem start from the VPS DNS configuration. Thank you!
