Unable to generate new remote access key

I've been trying to generate a new remote access key, but so far it doesn't seem to work. When I go to WHM>Clusters>Remote Access Key and click "Generate New Key" the page just refreshes. The key displayed on the page, as well as the key at /root/.accesshash do not change. I have tried /scripts/upcp and /scripts/upcp --force Neither of which seem to get that "Generate New Key" Working. What else can I try to get this working? Is there a way that I can just generate a new key manually?

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  No messages pop up in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when "generate new key" is clicked
