Check to see all files, folders permissions ownership is correct

Any tool or way to scan my server to see that all files, folders etc have the right permission and ownership?

  Hello :) I'm not aware of any such tool as permission requirements are often different depending on the location of the file and it's intended purpose. Thank you.
