cPanel shows error in centos 7

I want to install cPanel in centos7. But it shows some error.

  Hello, Please check the following thread and try to reinstall cPanel on your server. exec of /scripts/rdate failed

  Hello :) As mentioned on the referenced thread, please post the output from:
  lsattr /scripts/rdate stat /scripts/rdate
