Session Cookies error

Hello I am new to this forum, I do not use it often. since I rarely have problems on cpanel. these two days I took an error on all websites hosted on a dedicated server with different CMS and scripts.. I can not use any form as connection or subscription, or any page that uses cookies or session. I made a lot of changes to try to solve this problem without success I changed the version php, apache, I deactivated the mod_security I have verified the time zone. I searched the forum and google without succees Please can you help me if you have any idea. CENTOS 6.4 x86_64 standard " merinide WHM 11.52.1 (build 3 Regards

  You don't actually mention the error other than session cookie. Can you provide a few more details please?

  Thank you for your support There is no error, it is like, cookies are not enabled on the browser, we can navigate on website, but we cannot subscribe or loggin.

  Can you describe what you did originally and why? Updating Apache or something?

  i didn't update apache or any thing before getting this issues.
